Event Overseer

Start an Event

Starting an Event copies an Event Template's stalls, Menu Items and Ready Boards into a live Event and opens Operations. One Event is Open at a time.

Step 1 of 2 Setup access, then the Event itself.

Setup access confirmed. Nothing is written until you start the Event.

No Event Template has been saved yet

An Event cannot start without one — it is where the stalls, Menu Items, Recipes, thresholds and Ready Boards come from. Building one changes nothing about any Event already running.

Build an Event Template

Name the Event

Event name Scheduled date

Event Overseer passphrase

This becomes the Event Overseer credential for this Event and is never shown again. Store it before you start. After an Event Close it is still the passphrase that grants setup access here.
